PM arrives in Tokyo to attend Japanese emperor's enthronement ceremony

Vietnam and Japan set up diplomatic ties on Sept. 21, 1973. The two countries lifted up their ties to extensive strategic partnership in 2014 from reliable, stable, long-term partnership in 2002.
