Under a decision signed on Nov. 4, the PM asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to finalise diplomatic procedures to ratify the agreement and inform relevant agencies of the day it will become effective. He also assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with relevant agencies to implement it.
The agreement was signed in Algiers on Nov. 21, 2004, marking an important milestone in Vietnam-Algeria cooperative relations./.
