Reference exchange rate rises slightly on November 14

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,290 VND/USD on November 14, up 2 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,290 VND/USD on November 14, up 2 VND from the previous day.

At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates saw fluctuations.

At 8:10am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,180 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,502 VND/USD, both unchanged from November 13.

Meanwhile, BIDV kept the buying rate at 25,180 VND/USD and raised the selling rate by 2 VND, listing at 25,504 VND/USD./.

Binh Duong lures additional 1 billion USD of investment
