Post-Typhoon Kalmaegi: Emergency aid deployed in Central, Central Highlands regions

Typhoon Kalmaegi, the 13th storm to hit the East Sea this year, has battered the Central and Central Highlands regions, leaving five dead, five injured, 8,000 houses unroofed, and nine boats sunk.
