President Tran Dai Quang begins State visit to Ethiopia

President Tran Dai Quang and his spouse arrived in Addis Ababa at 2:00 pm (local time) on August 23, beginning a State visit to Ethiopia at the invitation of Ethiopian President Mulatu Teshome.
