Reference exchange rate continues upward trend on June 20

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 25,031 VND on June 20, up 6 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 25,031 VND on June 20, up 6 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,283 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,779 VND/USD.

At 8:30 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks also increased.

Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,922 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,282 VND/USD, up 6 VND from the June 19 morning session./.

Vietnam telecom giants step up 5G commercialisation, expansion
