Reference exchange rate down 10 VND on May 27
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,260 VND per USD on May 27, down 10 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,958 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,562 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks all increased.
At 8:25am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,200 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,400 VND/USD, both up 20 VND from May 26.
At BIDV, both rates were adjusted up 25 VND to 23,240 VND/USD (buying), and 23,420 VND/USD (selling).
Techcombank also adjusted both rates up 31 VND to 23,226 VND/USD (buying), and 23,426 VND/USD (selling)./.
