Reference exchange rate down by 4 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam cut 4 VND from the daily reference exchange rate for July 13, setting the rate at 22.648 VND/USD.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,327 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,969 VND/USD.
The rates listed at some commercial banks were stable on July 13 morning.
The rates listed at Vietcombank were 23,010 VND/USD (buying) and 23,080 VND/USD (selling), up 5 VND from the morning of the day earlier.
BIDV added 5 VND to both rates, buying the green back at 23,010 VND/USD and selling at 23,080 VND/USD.
Meanwhile, Techcombank kept their both rates unchanged from the previous day, at 22,985 VND/USD (buying) and 23,085 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
