Reference exchange rate drops slightly on September 27
The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted the daily reference exchange rate on September 27 down 2 VND to 22,715 VND/USD after two days of rising.

With the current trading band of + /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,396 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,033 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks stayed stable compared to September 26.
BIDV and Techcombank kept their rates unchanged from the previous day. The buying rate was listed at 23,310 VND/USD at BIDV and at 23,290 VND/USD at Techcombank.
The selling rate stood at 23,390 VND/USD at both BIDV and Techcombank.
Meanwhile, Vietcombank added 10 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 23,310 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,390 VND/USD.-VNA
