Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24.292 VND/USD on November 25, down 3 VND from November 22.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25.507 VND/USD and the floor rate 23.077 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates also saw slight decreases.
At 8:33 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25.197 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25.506 VND/USD, down 8 VND and 3 VND, respectively, compared to last week.
Meanwhile, BIDV posted the buying rate at 25.200 VND/USD, down 9 VND, and the selling rate at 25.506 VND/USD, down 3 VND./.
