Reference exchange rate up 32 VND at week’s beginning

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,207 VND/USD on December 13, up 32 VND from the last working day of the previous week.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank ofVietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,207 VND/USD on December 13,up 32 VND from the last working day of the previous week.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent,the ceiling rate applicable to commercial banks during the day is 23,903VND/USD and the floor rate 22,521 VND/USD.

The opening-hour rates at commercial banks saw decreases.

At 8:30 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rateat 22,820 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,090 VND/USD, both down 10 VND fromDecember 10.

BIDV also cut both rates by 10 VND, listing at22,850 VND/USD (buying) and 23,090 VND/USD (selling)./.

Ministry proposes developing green e-commerce law
