Golubev Aleksei Viktorovich, Mayor of Sarov city, the Russian province of Nizhegorodsky, is paying a working visit to Vietnam to seek cooperation opportunities.
Golubev Aleksei Viktorovich, who also chairs the association of closed cities of Rosatom, unveiled the purpose during his meeting with Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Hong Son on October 24.
Son, on the occasion, pledged that Hanoi always welcomes and stands ready for cooperation opportunities with foreign partners.
