For ethic people in the Central Highlands, wine and smoked meats are must-have items during Tet (traditional lunar New Year) festival.

At the time of Tet festival, the Jrai ethnic community in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai gathers to slaughter pigs to make smoked pork dishes. Tet is a time when people gather to drink ruou can ( wine drunk out of a jar through pipes) and enjoy traditional dishes (Photo: VNA)
