Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on October 14 sent a message of sympathy to his Cambodian counterpart, Hun Sen, over serious human and property losses caused by recent floods.
In his message, the Vietnamese Government leader expressed his belief that the Cambodian people, under the leadership of the Royal Government led by PM Hun Sen, will soon overcome the consequences of the natural disasters and stabilise their lives.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also offered sympathy to Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong./.
