The National Assembly approves extending tourist e-visas from 30 to 90 days
On June 24, the National Assembly approved the law on amendments and supplements to a number of articles in the Law on foreigners’ entry, exit, transit, and residence in Vietnam.
In a bid to revive the struggling tourism sector, Vietnam is set to unveil a series of new visa and immigration policies at the upcoming National Assembly meeting.
Vietnam should take more actions, including the facilitation of immigration procedures, in an effort to make itself a top destination for international tourists, the Tourism Advisory Board (TAB) has suggested.
