Every country in the world has traditional outfits that contain its unique cultural essence. In Vietnam, though there are no official documents indicating that the ao dai (traditional long dress) is the national outfit, in the minds of many, especially international friends, it is considered a symbol of Vietnamese culture.
Ao dai (Vietnamese traditional long dress) has long been a traditional costume and a typical cultural feature of Vietnam. Through ups and downs with constant changes, ao dai still honour the gracefulness and elegance of the Vietnamese women.
The ao dai has long been Vietnam’s traditional outfit and a typical cultural characteristic of the country. It has constantly changed throughout the ups and downs of history but still possesses its traditional values, contributing to the elegance and charm of Vietnamese women.
