Speaking at the ceremony, Dinh Hoang Linh, Director of the Department of Information and Culture at the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, said nearly 70 teachers from nine countries and territories have successfully completed the two-week training course, which was designed to equip them for pedagogical skills, formal and professional Vietnamese teaching methods, and more knowledge about Vietnamese language, culture, and history.
