US Ambassador to Vietnam participated in the traditional Kitchen Gods ritual
Ambassador Kritenbrink participated in the traditional ritual of releasing fish into the water to mark the annual Kitchen Gods Day. This is the third time Mr. Kritenbrink celebrated Tet in Vietnam.
Among many activities to welcome the traditional Tet Festival, United States Ambassador to Vietnam Daniel Joseph Kritenbrink paid a visit to Kim Lien Pagoda in Hanoi on January 16.
Ambassador Kritenbrink participated in the traditional ritual of releasing fish into the water to mark the annual Kitchen Gods Day. Mr. Kritenbrink felt thrilled when he was warmly welcomed by the monks.
He was impressed by the ancient architecture and solemnity of the thousand-year-old pagoda. This is the third time Mr. Kritenbrink celebrated Tet in Vietnam./.
