(Photo: VNA) HCMCity (VNA) - VIETBUILD Home, the annual exhibition onhousing, home decoration and household appliances, will be held in Ho Chi MinhCity from December 14-18 when people shop for the New Year holidays.
Thisyear the event will feature about 2,000 booths, over 30 percent higher thanlast year, set up by more than 450 exhibitors from 12 countries andterritories, including the US, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, theRepublic of Korea, Japan, Singapore, China, and Vietnam.
Theywill exhibit a wide range of new products related to construction, intelligenthousing systems, and interior and exterior decoration besides householdequipment like air conditioners, kitchen utensils and more.
Therewill be property transaction floors selling low-income housing and listingincentives.
Aworkshop on “Unbaked construction materials – green construction materials forgreen projects”, business forums and a customers’ conference will also be heldto help businesses understand more about market demands.
NguyenTran Nam, chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association and head of theorganisation board, said the demand for interior and exterior furnishingsusually increases at the year-end as people renovate their homes towelcome Tet (LunarNew Year) holidays.
Theevent is therefore well-timed, he added.
