Algiers (VNA) – Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune receivedoutgoing Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Vinh on April 10.

Talking to the media after the meeting, Vinh said that thetwo sides had discussed measures to further promote the bilateral relations inthe coming time.

As both countries want to develop their economiccollaboration on par with their political ties, they plan to stepup high-level exchanges, and organise a meeting of the joint committee onbilateral cooperation in May in Hanoi, he stated.

The Vietnamese diplomat also took the occasion to thankAlgerian agencies for supporting him during his working term./.
