(IITF) which opened in the capital New Delhi on November 14.
The Vietnamese companies brought to the fair mainly arts and handicrafts products, including souvenirs made of wood, pottery and porcelain and garments. Those products are displayed at 10 pavilions at the fair.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Indian President Pratibha Devisingh Patil, expressed his hope that the fair would be a good chance for participating businesses to seek partners and contributing to strengthening economic, trade and investment relations between India and other countries in the world.
The IITF 2009 will last until November 27./.
