Hanoi (VNA) – A delegation from Preah Ket Mealea Hospital of Cambodia’s Royal Army led by its Deputy Director Lieutenant General Chao Sambath paid a working visit to Military Hospital 175 run by the Ministry of Defence of Vietnam on January 22.

During the visit, the two sides briefed each other on their operations and discussed the outcomes of their coordination in personnel training as well as hospital admission and treatment for Cambodian officers over the years.

The Cambodian delegation highly valued the support in all fields that Military Hospital 175 has given to the Cambodian military hospital throughout decades.

They sought measures to enhance the efficiency of their cooperation in personnel training and the admission of patients sent from Preah Ket Mealea Hospital to Military Hospital 175 for treatment.

They also discussed ways to increase in-depth technology transfer between the two hospitals.

On the occasion, the leader of the Preah Ket Mealea Hospital also extended New Year wishes to doctors and officials of Military Hospital 175 on the occasion of the upcoming traditional New Year of Vietnam.-VNA
