Vietnam-China youth exchange programme opens

A friendship exchange programme between the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Communist Youth League of China is taking place in Vietnam from March 25-April 2.
A friendship exchange programmebetween the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Communist YouthLeague of China is taking place in Vietnam from March 25-April 2.

This is part of the two countries’ youth cooperation, helping educateyoung generations about the friendship between the two parties, statesand peoples.

It is also hoped to intensify theyouth’s determination to maintain and intensify the Vietnam-Chinacomprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Organised since 2000, the event offers a venue for the two countries’youths to meet and exchange experience in implementing their union’sactivities, participating in socio-economic development and preservingtraditional culture.

Under this year’sprogramme, participants will join activities to learn about the history,culture and socio-economic development achievements of Vietnam.-VNA
