A friendship exchange programme between the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Communist Youth League of China is taking place in Vietnam from March 25-April 2.
This is part of the two countries’ youth cooperation, helping educate young generations about the friendship between the two parties, states and peoples.
It is also hoped to intensify the youth’s determination to maintain and intensify the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
Organised since 2000, the event offers a venue for the two countries’ youths to meet and exchange experience in implementing their union’s activities, participating in socio-economic development and preserving traditional culture.
Under this year’s programme, participants will join activities to learn about the history, culture and socio-economic development achievements of Vietnam.-VNA
