Mai Nguyen Hung of Eximbank HCM City came in second while Rajablou Mohamad Ayandeh of Iran was third.
Chan Yat Wai of Hong Kong won the white jersey for the best young rider.
Eximbank HCM City claimed the team award with a time of 59:10.10, followed by Hong Kong of China, who were 28sec behind. Seven Eleven of the Philippines came in third with 2.30min adrift of the leader.-VNA
