A high ranking delegation from the Lao province of Champassak led by Mayor Sonsay Siphandon paid a working visit to the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak on September 3.
Over the past years, the two provinces’ bilateral relationship has been further strengthened. They have signed cooperation agreements on socio-economic and cultural development, as well as fostered ties in investment, trade, tourism, education and health.
Dak Lak will continue to speed up investment promotion and encourage local businesses to invest into Laos in the fields of agriculture, forestry, agro-forestry processing industry, mining and tourism.
