“Vietnam Pictorial” brings country closer to Latin America

Warm words were offered by General Secretary of the Mexican Labour Party (PT) Alberto Anaya Gutierrez while receiving a delegation from the Vietnam Pictorial, led by Editor-in-chief Nguyen Thang, in Mexico City during their visit from October 3-9.
Gutierrez, who is also Chairman of the Mexico-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group (VMPFG), said the visit would help foster and expand cooperative ties between the VNA and the PT.
His party will continue assisting the agency in printing and issuing the publication in Mexico and other countries in the region, he pledged.
Briefing the host on the development process of the Vietnam Pictorial, the Vietnamese editor emphasised that his working visit was a good opportunity to bring knowledge of Mexico closer to the paper’s Vietnamese readers.
During the week-long visit, the Vietnamese delegation also had a working session with managerial officials of PT’s printing factory, and visited some historical monuments in the capital.-VNA
