Vietnam pledges to help Laos in personnel training

Rua made the statement while receiving Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune, Director of the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (NAPPA) in Hanoi on Sept. 24.
The NAPPA Director related his academy’s achievements in training and stressed the development of relations between the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration and NAPPA.
His academy has seen progress in its training scale, improving its facility, as well as building a strong staff, he added.
Rua hailed NAPPA’s achievements, crediting them to the organization’s efforts along with the attention paid to it by the Lao party and state.
Rua expressed his pleasure with the development of relations between the two parties, states and academies. The two academies cooperated in scientific studies, exchanged information, and helped each other build programmes, curricula and teaching methods, he added./.
