Vietnam, Slovakia step up ties in defence industry

During their meeting in Hanoi on April 12, Peter Burian said his country is willing to supply Vietnam with mine detection and clearance equipment, flight simulation training systems, and other products.
The two sides valued the fine traditional ties between their governments, peoples and armed forces. They also spoke highly of efforts of both sides to step up their defence cooperation in recent years.
Earlier the same day, Vinh and Peter Burian co-chaired a forum for Vietnamese and Slovakian businesses involved in the defence industry.-VNA
