The Government on Feb. 11 issued a resolution to establish an embassy and two consulates general abroad.
Under Resolution no 09/NQ-CP, the new establishments will include theVietnamese Embassy in Colombo , Sri Lanka and the Vietnamese ConsulatesGenerals in Perth, Australia and Vancouver, Canada./.
