Vietnamese, Cambodian military units forge twining ties

Binh Thuan’s Millitary Zone 7 High Command and the military sub-region of Cambodia’s Kampong Chhnang province have signed documents on twining relationship regulations and 2015 cooperation programmes.

Binh Thuan’s Millitary Zone 7 High Command and the military sub-region of Cambodia’s Kampong Chhnang province have signed documents on twining relationship regulations and 2015 cooperation programmes.

Accordingly, the two sides will increase exchange of information and experience as well as join hands in curbing transnational crimes and searching for the remains of Vietnamese martyrs in Cambodia.

Addressing the signing ceremony in central Binh Thuan province’s Phan Thiet city on September 18, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung highlighted practical meaning of the signing ceremony, which contributes to the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations and peoples.

General Mom Sopheap from the Cambodian Royal Army said the two provinces will promptly inform one another on local situations moving forwards.-VNA
