VNA – A strategic and reliable information centre of the Party, State, and People

On September 15, 1945, the Vietnam News Agency – a name penned by President Ho Chi Minh – broadcast the full text of the Declaration of Independence together with the list of members of the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, through news bulletins in three languages: Vietnamese, English, and French.
