The Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) Management Board and VSIP company have raised 50,000 USD from philanthropists to support the poor in southern Binh Duong province.
The money came from VSIP’s Charity Day 2013 on May 11 and 12, which featured sports events, traditional games, art performances and a “Summer Dance” gala night.
It will be channelled to VSIP’s Charity Fund, which has this year set to continue assisting children with disabilities, students who wish to continue with study despite financial difficulties, and the VSIP community healthcare room.
