Welcome ceremony for UN Secretary-General’s official visit to Vietnam

On the afternoon of October 24, at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi, State President Luong Cuong chaired a welcome ceremony for United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, who is on an official visit to Vietnam and attending the opening for signature of the United Nations Convention on Countering Cybercrime (the Hanoi Convention).
