The Hai Phong People’s Court said that it will bring Pham Thanh Nghien, to trial on the charge of anti-state propaganda, in the northern city of Hai Phong on January 29.
Nghien, born in 1977, lives at No 17 Lien Khu Road , Hai An district.
The charge is being made under Article 88 of Vietnam’s Criminal Code./.
