Workers persevere through sun and rain to complete transmission line

The journey towards completion is nearing, and the motto "Overcoming Sun and Rain," as encouraged by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, has become deeply embedded in the spirit of the workers building the 500kV circuit 3 transmission line from Quang Trach in Quang Binh province to Pho Noi in Hung Yen province.
