A workshop discussing issues related to the implementation of criminal judgement in Vietnam concluded in the south coast province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau on Jan. 22.
The two-day workshop was jointly held by the Judicial Committee of the National Assembly and the Canada-funded Policy Implementation Assistance Project (PIAP).
Delegates also had the opportunity to get acquaintance with models of criminal judgement implemented in Russia, China and Canada and provided suggestions for the draft law on the implementation of criminal judgement in Vietnam./.
