DPRK leaders extend sympathy over severe floods in central region

Premier of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s Cabinet Kim Tok Hun on November 3 sent a message of sympathy to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc over the serious flooding in some provinces in central Vietnam that caused heavy losses in human lives and assets.

Hanoi (VNA) – Premier of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s Cabinet Kim Tok Hun on November 3 sent a message of sympathy to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc over the serious flooding in some provinces in central Vietnam that caused heavy losses in human lives and assets.

On the same day, the DPRK's Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon also extended his sympathy to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh./.
