Of the beneficiaries, Bac Kan will receive 20 billion VND, Lai Chau and Cao Bang, 10 billion VND each, Nghe An, Son La, Ha Giang, 5 billion VND each, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai, 4 billion each and Lao Cai province, 3 billion VND.
The money is to help flood victims restore production and repair infrastructure, as well as for environmental clean-up to prevent the spread of disease.
Nghe An province will also be provided with 1,000 tonnes of rice in food aid for flood victims./.
