An aluminium-bauxite project in the Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands)province of Lam Dong should turn out its first batch of aluminiumproduct in the second quarter of this year, according to the VietnamNational Coal and Mineral Industries Group.
By the end of 2010,99.5 trillion VND had been invested in the project, accounting for 85percent of its total investment. A bauxite factory will also be put intooperation in April this year.
Of this, Tan Rai Aluminium BauxiteProject has completed almost 90 percent of work while Nhan Co AluminProject is conducting a geological survey for the implementation of theremaining part./.
