Quang Ngai (VNA) – A special political art programme titled “Prime Minister Pham Van Dong – A lifetime for the nation and the people” was held at the Quang Ngai provincial Exhibition and Convention Centre on February 28, as part of activities marking the 120th birth anniversary of the late leader.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the event.
