The committee’s representative suggestedthat in the next term, Baha’i dignitaries should focus on instructingfollowers to implement the Government’s policies, consolidating thegreat national unity bloc and unity with other religions.
In the 2012-2013 tenure, the Baha’i Community of Vietnam joined handswith people nationwide to overcome many challenges and difficulties,contributing to the country’s achievements.
It alsoguided followers to effectively participate in social and charitableactivities, fostering solidarity in localities.
Established in 1954, the Baha’i Community of Vietnam has more than 7,000followers in 43 localities, mostly in central and southern regions.
It has been recognised as a religious organisation since July 2008.-VNA
