The 200kg bomb discovered in Quang Binh (Photo:VNA) Quang Binh (VNA) – Authorised forces in the central province of Quang Binh have defused a 200kg bomb in Minh Hoa district, according to the Cha Lo International Border Gate Guard Station.
The bomb was discovered by workers who were working at a construction in the Cha Lo International Border Gate area at 7:20pm on January 10.
It is 1.6 metre long and has a diameter of 0.3 metre.
After being informed, authoritised forces were present at the site immediately and took necessary steps to safely move and defuse the bomb on January 11.-VNA
