Coastal provinces implement urgent measures to cope with Storm No. 5

Storm No. 5 is moving closer to the mainland. Emergency response efforts are being carried out in coastal provinces including Nghe An, Hue and Quang Tri, to help residents ensure safety of lives and property, and minimise damages caused by the storm.
