Congratulations sent to Bulgaria on National Day

State President Luong Cuong on March 3 sent a congratulatory message to Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova on the occasion of the 148th anniversary of the National Day of Bulgaria (March 3, 1878–2026).

Hanoi (VNA) – State President Luong Cuong on March 3 sent a congratulatory message to Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova on the occasion of the 148th anniversary of the National Day of Bulgaria (March 3, 1878–2026).

The same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended congratulations to his Bulgarian counterpart Andrey Gurov, while National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man cabled his message of congratulations to President of the National Assembly of Bulgaria Raya Nazaryan.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung also sent a similar message to Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Nadezhda Neynsky on this occasion./.
