Hanoi, March 15 (VNA) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Tran Thanh Man on March 15 sent a message of congratulations to Wang Yang on his election as Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
