Hanoi (VNA) – A large number of parties, organisations, diplomaticdelegations, and friends around the world have extended congratulatory messagesto the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam(CPV), expressing their solidarity, friendship, and cooperation with theVietnamese Party, State and people.

Inits message, the Japanese Communist Party said the Vietnamese people’s heroicstruggle for independence and freedom and that struggle’s historic victory considerablycontributed to the building of peace in Asia and the world nowadays.

TheJapanese Communist Party wished the CPV’s congress a great success so as tocontinue promoting the “Doi moi” (Renewal) process, improving people’s livingstandards, building the country, and developing the economy and society.

Affirmingthat British communists always keep in mind the CPV’s role in the heroic fightfor national independence and freedom, the Communist Party of Britain wrote inits message that Vietnam, under the CPV’s leadership, has become an importantforce in the international arena.

Vietnam’ssupport for countries and communist and fraternal parties has reflected thefinest tradition of the international solidarity spirit, it added.

Meanwhile,the Communist Party of Greece noted the world’s people always admire thestruggle for national liberation of Vietnam under the CPV’s leadership, andthat struggle has gone down in history as an epic of the era.

Wishingthe CPV’s 13th National Congress a success, the Communist Party ofGreece offered warm greetings to the communists, working class, and people ofVietnam, who represent the great heroism in their historic revolution.

Forits part, the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia noted under the CPV’ssuccessful leadership, Vietnam has developed strongly for the sake of theVietnamese people.

Thesocio-economic development achievements and high international prestige ofVietnam, as a factor ensuring stability, peace, security, and cooperation inSoutheast Asia, have proved the soundness of the path the CPV has chosen, themessage read./.

So far, 597 journalists and technicians from 113 domestic media outlets, along with 79 journalists and media assistants from 43 foreign news agencies, overseas Vietnamese media, and political party publications, have registered to cover the congress, marking a significant increase compared to the 13th National Party Congress.

Final review of preparations for 14th National Party Congress

After on-site inspections and reports from relevant units on the implementation of the assigned tasks following the preliminary review on January 13 morning, Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu commended agencies and units for their strong sense of responsibility, close coordination, and timely completion of tasks.
