Construction started on the An Sinh Hanoi Hospital, set to become thelargest private general hospital in Vietnam , in Me Tri street, TuLiem district, on May 10.
After coming into operation, the hospital would help ease the patientoverload of the city's hospitals, said Health Minister Nguyen QuocTrieu.
Located in a 2.5-ha area, the 500-bed hospital, thefirst hotel-hospital in Vietnam , will be equipped with aninternational standard health care and treatment system.
The 95 million USD hospital was built with assistance from the An SinhPrivate Hospital Company, the Lac Hong Investment Company and privateinvestor Nguyen Huy Luong.
The first stage of hospital construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. /.
