During the reception for the Lao delegation, Cuban President Raul Castro and the Lao Deputy PM reviewed the milestones in the relationship between the two capital cities of Havana and Vientiane.
They also expressed their hope to see enhanced cooperation and discussed international issues of common concern.
In a previous meeting with Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno
Rodriguez, the Lao Deputy PM demonstrated interest in fostering ties
with Cuba in biotechnology.-VNA
