Summit, also known as the Shangri-La Dialogue, from June 3 to 5.
The Minister was accompanied by Deputy Defence Minister Liet. Gen Nguyen Chi Vinh, Chief of Defence Ministry Office Major-General Vu Van Hien and other officials.
Participants at the event will deliberate defence policies and the security situation in the Asia-Pacific region.
The dialogue drew presidents, prime ministers, deputy prime ministers, defence ministers, defence secretaries of state, commanders, chiefs of general staff, foreign ministers and scholars from 28 countries worldwide./.
