Da Nang (VNA) – Green Future Trading and Service JSC (GF) on March 28 inked a lease deal for 1,000 electric vehicles with First Real Estate JSC, bolstering the development of a green tourism model in the central city of Da Nang.

This milestone agreement, signed just three days after GF’s official entry into Da Nang, marks the company’s first large-scale contract in the city.

Under the deal, GF will initially deliver 300 VinFast EVs to First Real to jointly advance sustainable tourism, providing visitors with eco-friendly and convenient transportation options. The remainder will be handed over within this year.

First Real, known for its strong presence in Central Vietnam’s real estate sector and its premium tourism ecosystem, will utilise the leased EVs to offer rental and shuttle services. This initiative is expected to cut emissions while enhancing travel experiences for tourists.

To expand GF's rental network, First Real will partner with both domestic and international travel agencies. Additionally, the company will introduce flexible pick-up and drop-off points within its and Vingroup’s service ecosystems, ensuring seamless access to services for customers.

Chairman of First Real Nguyen Anh Tuan commended GF’s innovative rental model and the quality of VinFast EVs. Integrating these vehicles into First Real’s ecosystem not only opens fresh growth opportunities aligned with green development goals, but also underscores the company’s dedication to supporting Da Nang’s and Vietnam’s green transition efforts, he noted.

Deputy General Director of Green Future Nguyen Duc Minh highlighted Da Nang as a strategic market for the company’s 2025 growth plan. The city’s tourism potential and commitment to green initiatives make it an ideal fit for GF’s vision.

Following Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang is the third city where GF has introduced its VinFast vehicle rental and used car business. With Da Nang’s booming tourism sector and rising demand for car rentals, the initiative aims to drive green mobility trends and inspire eco-conscious living in the community./.
